On my rating chart, it compares to sharps shave gel after one day of beard growth. If I go more than one day and use the dry shave gel, my face feels like a baby's bottom. It blows any other product away when it comes to multiple day beard growth.

I have to say that I'm impressed. The gel provided a very slick surface once the razor was rinsed. I then completed my shave as usual by rinsing the blade out after each pass. I was even able to complete my second pass in the reverse direction without applying more gel.
